Position: Asst Restaurant Manager – Gretna, LA
About: The Assistant General Restaurant Manager position works under the direction of the Restaurant General Manager at Church’s Chicken. The role involves overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, implementing company initiatives, ensuring financial targets are met, handling administrative responsibilities, and maintaining a clean facility while upholding operational standards.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age; A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required; Must have 1 year of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry; ServSafe food safety training is highly recommended; Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of valid insurance; Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week including weekends; Knowledge of all restaurant policies and operational procedures; Excellent interpersonal skills; Knowledge of profit and loss statements; Ability to implement policies and procedures; Skilled in employee development and conflict resolution; Ability to supervise others and create a positive work environment.
