Position: ASST MANAGER – STARBUCKS
About: The primary responsibility of the Assistant Manager – Starbucks Store is to assist the Manager – Starbucks in executive store operations during scheduled shifts. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and The Venetian Resort’s policies, practices, and procedures.
Requirements: 21 years of age; Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States; High School diploma or equivalent; Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Health Card and any other certification or license, as required by law or policy; 5 years of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment; 6 months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers; 6 months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of 2 or more employees; Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other Team Members of different backgrounds and levels of experience; Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
