Position: Asst Director of Operations
About: HMSHost at Orlando International Airport is currently seeking an Assistant Director of Operations (ADO) to assist in leading and maximizing branch-wide profitability and operations excellence. The position involves ensuring that branch management staff provide exceptional service to guests by maintaining clean restaurants and high performance standards.
Requirements: Ability to work shifts during various operating days and hours each week; knowledge of all applicable federal, state, and local sanitary, safety, and health standards; documented skills managing various types of restaurants; graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program may substitute for experience requirement; team management and delegation skills; familiarity with company policies, products, and operations standards; ability to speak, read, comprehend instructions and converse comfortably with others
