Requirements: Progressively responsible leadership experience in facilities development and management; experience preparing master plans and collaborating with stakeholders; knowledge of construction, environmental, and safety regulations; ability to oversee capital outlay plans and preventative maintenance programs; ability to coordinate multiple projects and manage complex facilities; ability to supervise maintenance staff; master’s degree in architecture, engineering, or related field
