Position: Associate Executive Director
About: LCS is seeking an experienced, hospitality-focused Associate Executive Director to oversee daily operations at Clarendale Six Corners community located in Chicago, IL. Clarendale Six Corners is a newly built community offering elegance, exceptional amenities, and walkability. It houses 114 Independent Living units, 98 Assisted Living units, and a 46-unit Memory Care division. The role involves executing the strategic plan, including LCS Signature Programs.
Requirements: The technical knowledge required is best obtained through a BS or MS degree in business, health care, hotel/restaurant management, or a closely related area; Assisted Living license in the state of Illinois; Five or more years of experience in a leadership capacity in the senior living industry; Background in financial management; Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
