Position: Associate Director, Strategic Programs and Business Operations (Hybrid – NJ)

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Science, Supply Chain, or Procurement-related field required; minimum of 10 years of experience in Sourcing & Operations, Audit, Chief of Staff, or PMO roles with proven implementation success; proven experience collaborating with senior or executive leaders; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proven experience in large-scale organizational change initiatives; expertise in strategy development and implementation; cultural awareness and experience working within diverse, often remote teams; proficiency in prioritizing and managing multiple concurrent activities; strong written and verbal communication abilities; proficiency in Excel for managing large datasets and familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred
