Position: Associate Director of Residential Life
About: The Hun School of Princeton is a co-educational, private day and boarding school located in Princeton, New Jersey. The school emphasizes individual attention and strong student-faculty relationships on its 50-acre campus. With a focus on student-centered, hands-on learning, the school prepares students for the global community. The Hun School accommodates nearly 700 students across its Middle School, Upper School, and Postgraduate Program, attracting students from twenty-two countries and fifteen states.
Requirements: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree preferred; collaborative, supportive, trust-based work style; love for working with young people; commitment to a diverse and inclusive community; good judgment, tact, sensitivity, and discretion in handling confidential information; personal qualities including flexibility, resilience, approachability, empathy, and compassion; inclination to connect with students, colleagues, and families with curiosity, energy, warmth, humility, and humor; strong skills in verbal, written, and electronic communication, including the use of social media; experience in a boarding campus environment preferred; capacity to work beyond and outside the typical workday and on weekends.
