Position: Associate Director of Operations
About: The Hospitality Services Manager reports to the Director of Hospitality Services and oversees day-to-day operations in the Medical Center. Responsibilities include Training Quality Control, Compliance, Budget Management, and ensuring a clean, safe environment. The role involves managing cleaning and waste management functions, staff training programs, and ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related area and equivalent experience/training; Four-year or more, housekeeping/healthcare management experience; Verbal and written communication skills in English; Knowledge of housekeeping management and methods; Demonstrated supervisory experience; Budgetary Knowledge & Experience; Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare environment; Working knowledge in custodial and housekeeping services; Ability to communicate with all levels of hospital management, establish work priorities, and exercise strong interpersonal relationships; Working knowledge of decision-making, reasoning, quality control analysis, and operations analysis.
