Position: Associate Director Faculty Affairs
About: Banner Health is a nonprofit faculty practice plan associated with the University of Arizona Colleges of Medicine in Phoenix and Tucson. They provide primary and specialty care to patients at highly ranked Banner – University Medical Centers and dozens of clinics while offering mentorship to residents and fellows.
Requirements: Must possess a strong knowledge of business and healthcare administration as normally obtained through the completion of a bachelor’s degree in business administration or health services administration; Must possess a strong knowledge and understanding of healthcare management as normally demonstrated through at least five years of healthcare management experience; Must possess the ability to simultaneously address multiple projects, demands, and issues; Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as planning, organizational, and conceptual skills
