Position: Associate Business Analyst
About: The company is seeking an Associate Business Analyst to join their team. The position involves working on projects throughout the software development lifecycle and contributing to designing solutions that meet customer needs effectively. The role requires a deep curiosity to research and find optimal solutions for both internal and external requirements in the Connecture product line.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Finance, Math, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience; at least 2 years of industry experience; strong problem-solving and analytical skills; excellent written and oral communication skills; self-starter with strong analysis, communication, investigation, and problem-solving skills; competence in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel; familiarity with Jira and Confluence desired; ability to work on multiple assignments; understanding of Agile development methodologies and planning tools
