Position: Assistant Unit Office Manager

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in an administrative support role preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Drive Applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides); customer service oriented with a high sense of urgency; highly organized; great attention to detail and process oriented; highly collaborative; open minded with proven ability to multitask; ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees, managers, and leaders; availability to work on weekends and as early as 6:00 am if required
