Position: ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR-A&G – Executive Chef
About: Southwest Research Institute is seeking an Executive Chef to work closely with the Dining Supervisor in overseeing kitchen operations, managing staff, developing menus, ensuring food quality and safety standards, and catering. The role involves direct collaboration with the Dining Supervisor for continuous improvement of operations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary arts degree preferred; at least 3 years of experience in a similar role; strong leadership and communication skills; in-depth knowledge of food safety standards and menu development
