Position: ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER – DIMOND
About: Goodwill Industries of Lane and South Coast Counties is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the overall store operations including collection of donations, processing, sales, personnel management, financial performance, and loss control activities. The Assistant Manager must adhere to Goodwill Industries of Lane and South Coast Counties rules, policies, and safety procedures.
Requirements: Minimum of three years work experience in a managerial role in a retail environment; high school diploma or G.E.D; current valid Oregon Driver’s License and insurable driving record; ability to pass an Oregon Department of Human Services criminal background check and pre-employment drug-screening test; reliable transportation; strong interpersonal skills; ability to work independently; no criminal convictions indicating theft, violence, dishonesty, deceit, drug manufacture or sale, moral turpitude or predatory behavior; eligible to work in the United States
