About: An established retail store is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join their team. The store offers a welcoming environment where customer service is a top priority, and professional relationships with clients are valued. The Assistant Store Manager will play a key role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring a strong customer focus at all times.
Requirements: A two-year college degree or equivalent work experience required; a degree in Business Management, Supply Chain/Wholesale Management, or Accounting/Finance strongly preferred. Minimum of four (4) years experience in a retail work environment required, with at least two (2) years of management/supervisory experience. Must possess strong planning and solid organizational skills, demonstrate excellent leadership abilities, and have proficiency in interpreting financial data. The ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends, is necessary.
