Position: Assistant Spa Manager
About: The Assistant Spa Manager plays a vital and influential role in overseeing the daily operations of the spa, ensuring the delivery of top-tier service and performance, aligned with Peninsula’s goal of becoming the global leader in the luxury spa industry.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Hospitality Management or Marketing a plus; 2-3 years’ experience in luxury spa or hotel front-of-house management, with union experience preferred. Experience in a 5-star spa environment at a supervisory or assistant manager level is essential; Proficient in spa management software and computer literacy; Strong leadership and motivational skills, with a proven ability to manage teams effectively; Experience in creating and executing spa marketing initiatives and promotions
