Position: Assistant Sous Chef (HS)
About: This position involves cooking and cold food production for patients and retail cafes, utilizing batch cooking techniques and adhering to safe food handling practices to ensure high-quality food for customers and patients. Some roles may entail front-of-house service production in the presence of guests, including serving food, setting up and dismantling food service stations, and transporting supplies, food, dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Staff are also accountable for equipment, cart, and work area cleaning and sanitation. Regular 40 Varying Shifts.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in food production preferred
