Position: Assistant Site Manager
About: Provides management assistance in a company-owned Integrated Business Solutions (IBS) location, focusing on developing quality personnel, setting high performance standards, and ensuring inventory protection and operational efficiency. Prioritizes customer satisfaction, inventory management, and fostering positive relationships through open discussions and meetings. Utilizes tools for value-added tracking and maintains local vendor relationships. Ensures compliance with contract requirements and drives overall value of the IBS program through strategic collaboration with management teams.
Requirements: HS Diploma or equivalent required; technical school and/or college degree a plus; ASE certified within twelve months; demonstrated leadership in the automotive aftermarket industry; strong communication skills; detail-oriented
