Position: Assistant Server – Scotch 80 – On Call
About: Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, Restaurant Assistant Manager and indirectly to the Captain, The primary responsibility of the Assistant Food Server is to maintain tables, dining room cleanliness, and ensure guest satisfaction. The Assistant Food Server is also responsible for performing side work and general cleaning in the kitchen service area. This position must exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard.
Requirements: One (3) year of experience in a restaurant as a Food server assistant or Busser; Must have great people skills, a clean and well-groomed appearance, and to be respectful of everyone; Must be capable of carrying heavy trays efficiently and securely; Thorough knowledge of proper service and etiquette of the establishment; High school diploma or equivalent; Experience working in a similar resort setting; Must obtain a TAM/Alcohol Awareness Card; Must obtain a Southern Nevada Health Card; Minimum age requirement is 21
