About: Delaware North Travel at Minneapolis Airport in Saint Paul, Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to assist the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, offering a growth opportunity in a bustling airport setting.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience as a food and beverage manager or restaurant manager required; Strong knowledge of food preparation and inventory control procedures, with an understanding of standard food and beverage equipment operation; No college degree required; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Basic organizational and mathematical abilities
