Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager – Sundays Best
About: Join our team at Sundays Best, located at Indianapolis International Airport, under SSP America’s management. SSP America operates various restaurants within the airport, including Rooster’s Brewing, Beecher’s Handmade Cheese, and Fillings and Emulsions. We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager to contribute to the success of Sundays Best.
Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or relevant coursework preferred. Experience: 2+ years in restaurant/food service management. Skills: Full-service restaurant management (with bar experience), proficiency in MS Office and POS systems, and strong organizational abilities. Certifications: Food Handlers’ Card and relevant safety certifications. Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to work with executives and diverse teams, and a proven track record in conflict resolution.
