Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager – Miss River
About: Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans is looking for a talented and creative Assistant Manager to join their team. The role involves overseeing all facets of the outlet with a focus on maintaining high levels of guest service and staff supervision. The ideal candidate will contribute to the exceptional guest experiences Four Seasons is known for by ensuring consistent and thoughtful service in the restaurant.
Requirements: High School or College degree specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience; 3-5 years of Food and beverage industry experience in a high volume upscale setting; Minimum of 2 years experience in Food and Beverage management; Thorough knowledge of business acumen in managing guest service, cost control, labor controls, menu writing, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting; Proficiency in operating computer equipment and F&B computer systems; Proficiency in English language; Strong food and beverage knowledge
