Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager job
About: Assist in the effective management and direction of restaurant operations in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards. Potential career path includes Restaurant or Banquet Manager, Food and Beverage Manager, Food and Beverage Director. Essential job functions include interviewing, selecting, training, scheduling, coaching, and supporting associates; ensuring food quality is consistent and prepared to guest specifications; interacting with guests for feedback; ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety standards; resolving guest complaints; overseeing liquor controls and cash handling policies. Position requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending and reaching, and working varied schedules including holidays and weekends.
Requirements: Associate degree preferred; 2-5 years restaurant experience required.
