Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager job
About: CyHawk Hospitality, Inc., franchisee for Perkins American Food Co., is looking to hire a Restaurant Service Manager who will train in the Iowa/Nebraska/South Dakota region and eventually move to one of the company’s locations in the same region. Weekends are required with a 50-hour typical work week. CyHawk is a growing company that opened its first Perkins in 2007 and recently acquired its 20th and 21st restaurant.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; willingness to relocate; experience in restaurant operations; strong leadership abilities; ability to manage staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and meet financial objectives
