Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel food and beverage management or equivalent; strong and concise verbal and written communication skills; excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills; ability to work first and second shifts, including weekends and holidays; proficiency in general computer knowledge; committed to delivering high-level customer service; demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team; unafraid of food and beverage-related tasks, projects, and responsibilities
