Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager, Fort Lauderdale Airport

Requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry; strong understanding of restaurant operations and guest service standards; knowledge of food and beverage service standards, health regulations, and safety procedures; excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills; proficient in computer skills including Word, Outlook, Excel, and point of sale systems; ability to obtain ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures certifications; capacity to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business levels
