Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager, Fort Lauderdale Airport
About: Delaware North Travel is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join their team at Fort Lauderdale Airport in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The role involves supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day restaurant operations within a busy airport environment.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in restaurant or food and beverage management; Strong knowledge of food preparation and inventory control procedures, with an understanding of standard food and beverage equipment operation; No college degree required; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Basic organizational and mathematical abilities
