Position: Assistant Restaurant Leader – Philadelphia, PA
About: Raising Cane’s is a fast-casual restaurant known for its high-quality chicken fingers and signature Cane’s Sauce. The Assistant Restaurant Leader plays a key role in supporting the Restaurant Leader in maintaining operational excellence and upholding the brand’s standards and culture across all aspects of restaurant functions.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience; detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities; self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and adaptable to new systems; able to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and travel as needed; new restaurant opening experience preferred; must be 18 years or older; possess a valid driver’s license
