Requirements: High School diploma or GED preferred; at least one year of Restaurant Management experience; ability to provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching; proficiency in ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards; demonstrated ability to use financial and operational reports; proficient in Microsoft Office products; ability to multitask and handle physical demands of the role
