Position: Assistant Project Manager

Join a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston, and Metro Park, NJ, working on projects for clients in the public and private sector.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Project Management, or Construction Management plus two years of relevant experience; 6 years of construction experience involving multiple phases of projects; 4 years of experience as a Superintendent or Project Engineer on projects valued above $5 million; thorough knowledge of RFI tracking, contract document review, forecast scheduling and costs, change order review, and payment review; analytical and conceptual skills; ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment; proficiency in PC applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam; preferred competency with AutoCad and/or Revit.
