Position: Assistant Pastry Chef (Full Time)
About: Terranea Resort is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Pastry Cook to join their team. The Pastry Cook will be responsible for planning, preparing, setting up, and creating high-quality pastries, desserts, breads, and more in accordance with departmental quality standards. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the Pastry/Bake Shop is essential for this role at Terranea Resort.
Requirements: 5 years experience as a Pastry Cook at a quality style Hotel or Restaurant; Food handling certificate; High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate; Certification of Culinary training or apprenticeship
