Position: Assistant Pastry Chef
About: Indian Hills Country Club, located in Mission Hills, Kansas, is seeking a dedicated Pastry Assistant to support the Pastry Chef in creating and presenting a variety of desserts and baked goods. The role involves assisting in producing high-quality pastries, cakes, and confections while upholding strict standards of cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen. The Pastry Assistant will contribute directly to enhancing the dining experience for club members and guests by showcasing a passion for baking and meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
Requirements: Culinary degree preferred; 3 years of experience as a pastry chef or pastry assistant required; Baking Skills, Attention to Detail, Creativity, Time Management, Collaboration and teamwork skills, Safety and Sanitation Awareness
