Position: Assistant Meat/Seafood Manager

Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age; Have a basic knowledge of math, weights, and measures; Minimum of 2 years professional experience and proven leadership experience; 2-3 years of grocery retail experience in Meat department processes and procedures highly preferred; Dependable and reliable; Outgoing, friendly behavior with a positive attitude; Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays; Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment; Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting heavy weights; Knowledge of safety, health, and sanitation regulations
