Position: Assistant Meat/Seafood Manager
About: Sprouts Farmers Market is a neighborhood grocery store focusing on high-quality produce, natural meats, and bulk goods in a friendly, farmer’s market-style setting. They are seeking an Assistant Meat Manager to join their team and help customers make healthy food choices while providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: Be at least 18 years old with basic math knowledge; have a minimum of 2 years professional experience and proven leadership in grocery retail, preferably in meat department processes; be dependable and able to work flexibly including nights, weekends, and holidays; possess good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment; be capable of standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects; have excellent vision and the physical ability to operate meat and seafood equipment.
