Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age and have a basic knowledge of math, weights, and measures; minimum of 2 years professional experience with proven leadership and 2-3 years of grocery retail experience in Meat department processes preferred; dependable, reliable, and able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; outgoing, friendly, positive attitude with excellent customer interaction skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and participate in a team setting; capable of lifting and carrying products up to 90 lbs and performing physical tasks in a temperature-controlled area; possess good vision for operating various equipment; familiarity with safety, health, and Company regulations
