Position: Assistant Manager/Shift Leader
About: This restaurant is looking for an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in ensuring smooth operations. With the potential for growth to the General Manager role as the franchise expands, the Assistant Manager’s responsibilities align closely with those of the General Manager, including but not limited to: placing vendor food orders, managing inventory, overseeing shifts, completing daily checklists, operating kitchen equipment, prepping food items, organizing the restaurant layout, handling guest complaints, upholding hospitality standards, cash handling, bank deposits, dishwashing, trash removal, and more.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a restaurant setting preferred; ability to remain in an upright stationary position for extended periods; strong physical abilities to transport heavy items and operate kitchen equipment; effective communication and observational skills; proficiency in cash handling; attention to detail and problem-solving skills
