Position: Assistant Manager/Shift Leader
About: A restaurant is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the general manager in ensuring smooth operations and potentially progress to a general manager role with the franchise. The Assistant Manager’s responsibilities align closely with the general manager’s tasks, including but not limited to: placing vendor food orders, managing shifts, monitoring daily checklists, operating kitchen equipment, handling guest complaints, upholding guest hospitality standards, cash handling, dishwashing, and trash removal.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to remain stationary and move around frequently for extended hours; capable of lifting and transporting items up to fifty pounds; effective communication and observational skills; proficiency in reading, writing, and handling money
