Position: Assistant Manager – Scotch 80 Prime
About: Reporting to the Scotch 80 General Manager, the Assistant Manager is responsible for providing direction and leadership for the restaurant service team. Core responsibilities include achieving operational and financial goals, monitoring staff performance, scheduling and training, maintaining facilities, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements: Four (4) years of assistant restaurant management experience required, preferably in fine dining and/or steakhouse environment; good understanding of beer, wine, and spirits; basic knowledge of computer software including Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; effective listening abilities and strong judgment skills; excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred; Alcohol awareness Card and Southern Nevada Health Card required; previous experience managing employees under a collective bargaining agreement preferred; ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays; demonstrated experience in developing department goals and action plans in alignment with property and company goals.
