Position: Assistant Manager – Room Service (Overnight) – The Cosmopolitan
About: The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced In-Room Dining Assistant Manager to join our team for the Overnight shift. If you possess a background in In-Room Dining or have demonstrated managerial skills in the Food and Beverage industry and are enthusiastic about a fulfilling career with MGM Resorts, your journey towards an exciting and rewarding career begins here!
Requirements: Two years of experience working in the Food & Beverage industry; At least one year of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant environment; Experience working in a similar resort setting; Working knowledge of Food and Beverage products and equipment; Experience managing employees using a Collective Bargaining Agreement; Product ordering as well as inventory control experience; Computer software and technology proficiency; Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
