Position: Assistant Manager – Room Operations
About: Marriott Marquis Houston in Texas, United States, is seeking an Entry Level Manager to support the day-to-day activities of Rooms Operations including Housekeeping, Recreation, Laundry, Staff, AYS, and Concierge/Guest Services. The position focuses on maintaining property cleanliness standards and ensuring guest and employee satisfaction in line with the operating budget.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area. OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related field. Strong knowledge of Rooms Operations activities; Ability to manage guest experiences effectively; Compliance with budgetary goals and financial objectives.
