Position: Assistant Manager Noodles – Bellagio
About: The primary responsibility of the Assistant Manager at Noodles is to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff performance, and maintain high food quality standards. They assist in inventory control, scheduling, and resolving any customer or staff issues, while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, they work closely with the General Manager to meet financial and operational goals, contributing to the overall success of the restaurant.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED; Must currently hold or be able to obtain both a Food Handler’s and Alcohol Awareness card; 2+ years of experience in the food and beverage industry; 1+ years of experience in Asian fine-dining; 1+ years of experience in management or supervisory role
