Position: Assistant Manager, New Restaurant Opening
About: Torchy’s Tacos, a renowned establishment with roots in Austin, Texas since 2006 and now spanning multiple states, is currently seeking dedicated Assistant Managers who embody their core values of providing exceptional guest experiences and serving Damn Good food and drinks in a high-energy restaurant environment.
Requirements: 2+ years of restaurant management experience preferred; state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe certifications required; ability to work a minimum of 35 hours per week and maintain flexible hours; competency in basic computer functions; understanding of training and development concepts; ability to foster teamwork; bilingualism is a plus; must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 40 pounds; ability to stand and walk for extended periods and reach objects at various heights levels.
