Requirements: Experience of 3 to 5 years in the gaming industry, with at least 2 years managerial or supervisory experience required. College degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service abilities, and problem-solving capabilities essential. Must be able to work in fast-paced and stressful environments, have knowledge of computer systems, and communicate effectively in English. Ability to handle conflicts calmly and make rational decisions, with strong organizational skills and a professional demeanor.
