Position: Assistant Manager Food

Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; minimum 3+ years’ quick service food management experience with large high-volume food service operations managing a team of 20+ employees; working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work rotating schedules, holidays, weekends, and nights; able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and travel between multiple venues throughout the day
