Position: Assistant Manager – Crew Hotel Operations
About: United Airlines is seeking an Assistant Manager to provide direct oversight of daily operations in alignment with United Airlines guidelines and core4 pillars. The role involves maintaining relationships with stakeholders, achieving process improvements, and ensuring exceptional customer service for crew members and internal teams. The Assistant Manager will lead a team and focus on performance management, employee development, and operational efficiency in crew accommodations and transportation.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant work experience; 3 years of relevant experience in airline or hotel leadership; High standard for quality and attention to detail; Ability to interact professionally with personnel at all levels; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Demonstrated multi-tasking ability and problem-solving skills; Hotel scheduling background; Flexibility to work various shifts including overnight, weekend, holiday, and overtime hours; Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams; Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship; Reliable and punctual attendance is essential
