Requirements: High School diploma or GED required; Minimum 2+ years Restaurant Management/Supervisory experience with teams of 15+ employees; Flexible schedule for 24/7 operation including weekends, holidays, and nights; Good judgment and ethics in responding to guest concerns; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Strong customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills; Must be 18+ years old; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or business administration preferred; Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and food-related Point of Service & inventory systems; Creative problem-solving skills; Experience with scheduling restaurant labor & staffing needs
