Position: Assistant Manager, Campus Facilities – Daly City, CA
About: See’s Candies, a renowned confectionary industry leader with over 250 retail shops across the USA, is seeking an Assistant Campus Facilities Manager to oversee building and utility management of production, packing, and administrative facilities.
Requirements: 3-5 years facilities and maintenance management experience in the manufacturing, restaurant, or retail industry; BS Degree in Business, Construction, or a related field; Strong project management and budgeting skills; Able to read and understand electrical, mechanical automation systems; Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems; Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; Proven ability to make decisions and respond to after-hours building emergencies; Flexibility to travel as needed (up to 50%); Computer skills including applicable software experience; Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage change efficiently
