This position plays a crucial role in overseeing the building and utility management of all production, packing, and administrative facilities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational efficiency.
Requirements: 3-5 years facilities and maintenance management experience in the manufacturing, restaurant, or retail industry; BS Degree in Business, Construction or related field; Strong project management and budgeting skills; Knowledgeable in various space types buildouts; Able to understand electrical and mechanical automation systems; Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills; Decision-making ability with willingness to respond to emergencies; Flexibility for travel up to 50%; Computer skills and quick adaptability to new technologies
