Position: Assistant Manager BOH – Pasadena, CA

Requirements: 5 years of restaurant operations experience and 3 years of churrasco and churrascaria cuisine knowledge preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in hotel/restaurant management desirable; Proficiency in food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and report preparation; Occasional travel may be required
