Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 3 years in high-volume/management positions; strong tenure and team-building experience; must have references from former supervisors; confident, patient, and thoughtful leadership qualities
Benefits: Starting wages are $60k-70k+ (Dependent on Position and Experience), All salaried managers are eligible for a quarterly bonus (AM’s= 10% bonus, AGM = 15% bonus, GM= 20% bonus), Closed or half-closed on most major holidays, Managers receive 15 days of Personal Time Off after 90 days from hire and 20 days on their 5-year salaried anniversary, Health Insurance and Short-Term Disability upon hire.
