About: At Checkers & Rally’s, our Corporate Field Operations team is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our Franchisees, Teams, and Guests by ensuring excellent service and operational excellence at our restaurant located on Barataira Blvd. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales and profits goals, maintaining high standards of guest and team service, and promoting a safe and enjoyable environment for all.
Requirements: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred; Food Safety Certified; 1-2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR); Basic math skills; Microsoft Office and general systems experience; Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; Ability to work a flexible schedule and extended hours; High energy and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; Commitment to core values of integrity, service, excellence, and courage to be bold & grow
